Pedophilia or going Trans seems to be the trend these days.

Hold on, Urban didn’t beat his wife, he just didn’t fire they guy who did. Still makes him a POS.

Also why in the hell would tOSU get in Title IX trouble for this?

Of course it took until the second page for someone to acknowledge this.

OP should change his thread title, or post, or post a link...actually this probably just needs to be deleted.

It's a Title IX violation by Urban for not reporting it. It may also be a violation for his wife Shelley, who is a nurse with the OSU Health Center. At the very least it's an ethics violation for her not reporting the domestic violence.

Jim Tressel got fired for lying to the NCAA about players getting tattoos. This issue is infinitely worse. This is Title IX violations on multiple levels. McMurphy's report is extremely damaging evidence that Urban and his wife not only knew about the violence through the text messages, but also had photo evidence of the violence.

Well the Orgeron haters would want him hired at LSU immediately if he's fired.

UM would sooner smash his nuts with a wooden mallet than coach in the SEC again. You don't walk away from a plum job like UF only to return through the wake of a scandal. My opinion, anyway.

Ok so Title IX doesn’t stop at students and female employees of universities but extends to any and all women that have contact with university personnel? Did I get that right as I truly have no clue what Title IX actually covers

Ohio State should suffer bowl ban just like Penn State. Exact same behavior from both head coaches and domestic violence is no joke.

There is a reason he walked away, and it wasn't heart problems. He was close to getting fired.

Dude it's not even close to the same as Penn State, not even in the same stratosphere.

We need to be vigilant or Ohio St. will be down here trying to hire Da Coach O to succeed Urban.
That's the price of having a coaching talent like this...

Was the assistance coach in question ever formally charged? Convicted of spousal abuse?

I don't think this is a big deal. maybe a slap on the wrist but it will not be enough for him to be fired
