Why couldn’t we give him the same position here?

A) We've maybe found someone better
B) Ensminger may retire/take a demotion to allow a full OC to come in.

Otherwise, who knows. If he was as critical to the success of the offense as everyone said he was then you don't let him walk like this unless you've got something bigger lined up.

Losing respect for DA if true.

Yeah, the Baylor paysite is saying that it's all but a done deal. He's going to be PGC/WR coach. Really confused by the postseason decisions (recruiting and coaching search).

But shite how can you not trust our staff at this point.

It’s funny that before this year, they’d cry about internal hires & promotions.

Now it’s the end of the world.

The success of the offense may have something to do with that.

Why?

It’s LSU’s responsibility to secure its most valuable human assets.

If Aranda is focused on building his staff for success, how is it HIS fault for seeking out someone who was not made a priority?

Many consider it unprofessional to take coaches from where you were if you’re an assistant and leave. Saban was just bitching about this recently with Kirby

ETA: I’m not saying I agree or disagree— just a prevailing thought in the industry

I hope O has something up his sleeve. Everyone, the players, and players families raved about munoz this year.

It would be laughable if Baylor got Munoz just as a position coach and we watched him leave.

Took O 3 seasons (tries) to get the offense going.

I might be in the minority, since we have a complacent fan base, but I am concerned of him hiring folks.

We have to replace a shite ton of starts and a DC. If he thinks he can just ride with E solely, thats also laughable. Just because you find a new playbook doesn’t mean it translates to on field.

I agree completely. 3 years to get this thing going, and now the architects are leaving.

I don't know that concerned is where I'm at, but it's definitely something to pay attention to. I think I'm at a little more ease now that he's seen what he wants and has a year of experience seeing what it should look like on the field and in the meeting rooms.

I refuse to believe Orgeron wants to go back to what we had in 2018 and in previous years.

If Munoz goes to Baylor, it means we're dialing up a bigger hire.

I'm gonna need a legit link other than Baylor Insiders. I remember them being some of the least reliable during the whole investigation matters.

Look at these posters talking about Munoz like he’s the second coming. Y’all were the same posters bitching and mocking O for adding a ULL assistant as an analyst in 2018.

If Munoz leaves it’s a bigger hit than most imagine. I really hope we keep him.

With Brady gone, Ensminger could use some help.

this is the business. say baylor has a terrible offense for his first couple of years. no one there is going to think to themselves, "well you know what? at least he didnt poach any of his former colleagues. what a stand up guy". he's got to produce results.
