Per a tweet from an espn employee who works radio programming in central texas.
Update:per a poster on the thread, munoz is set to become the new passing game coordinator/ wr coach at baylor. Poster said baylor pay sites are where this info is coming from.

I find it hard pressed that LSU wouldn’t offer him more $ as a passing game coordinator than Baylor would as their OC.

I would think hes a critical person to keep for our offense. He made the trip to the White House which I think is a good sign. I guess andy Ludwig turned aranda down. Which is interesting as Utah is losing alot.

He's not going to take a promotion to passing game coordinator if Baylor is offering him the full offensive coordinator role. No one truly talented and good enough is going to come in and be an assistant behind Steve for very long. Sooner or later they're going to get a better opportunity somewhere else.
We've put ourselves in a bind - we all want to call Steve the OC, yet no one seems to be content with letting him handle the offense by himself. That's maybe a sign something should change.

Yeah, the Baylor paysite is saying that it's all but a done deal. He's going to be PGC/WR coach. Really confused by the postseason decisions (recruiting and coaching search).
But shite how can you not trust our staff at this point.
