First time seeing it last night.
Maybe it will be a better environment at the Ole Miss or Bama games, but just feels like a cheap knock off trying to copy Bama/others
It’s cool for celebrating TDs, but it doesn't really improve Callin Baton Rouge that much

Who cares?
Would much rather have a full house with a rockin' atmosphere that made it difficult for opponents to get plays called and exeucuted.

Ribbon boards annd big screen are too bright and drown out what little color the LEDs provide.

They should at least turn off the ribbon boards during the light show. The gold lights don't read, so just keep the whole thing purple.

Why not both?
If lsu is going to spend money and attempt to do something other schools are doing then it needs to be up to par, not half assed. Otherwise, don’t do it and use the money elsewhere.

The purple ribbon board with the heartbeat is cool.
Couple that with all purple LED’s, and it would be an eerie kind of purple glow.
Instead, the gold (and white) lights overwhelm the purple ones.
How hard is it to address this issue?
I would hope that they do so soon.
What is in place now sucks.

Fact is we paid a lot for the light show and ours looks like a pile of shite compared to bama.
1. Trying to do purple and gold was dumb, should just be a dark purple
2. We don’t dim the lights on other stuff at all especially the damn ads
Bama goes almost dark and it looks so much better than ours.
The above two issues wouldn’t be a big deal if we were the first to do this

Go all Purple on the LED lighting pumps.
No white LED's flashing
Go all Gold on the ribbons or rotate the ribbons gold and purple.
Fixed.

They fixed the down & distance issue with a little box on the video board. Maybe they will continue reading TD & work on this as well. It appears they are kids with a new toy.
