I think Burrow is the better pure quarterback but as far as game planning; Daniels is an absolute nightmare for opposing defensive coordinators. His combination of deep ball accuracy and ability to run is nearly impossible to scheme against.

I'm shocked I would ever say this, but give me Daniels in a college game.

If both had great receivers, i would take Burrow. He was so good at throwing people open and if one of his guys had an inch on the defender, that's all it would take.

If receivers were of average talent, i would take Daniels for the reasons you mentioned.

Depends on the rest of the offense the QB has around them.

Burrow. Record and stats prove this.

Depends on the weapons.

Burrow with jefferson chase makes it impossible for a defense to really scheme against. You can’t double both of them and burrow will figure you out.

Daniels only has 1 alpha receiver, but as soon as you scheme out Nabers Daniels just ran past you for 75yard td.

Burrow had the single best season by a quarterback I have ever seen, against outrageous competition.

I seriously doubt we will see that type of domination at that level again.

If you dont think Chase and Jefferson are both alpha receivers, then i dont know what to tell you.

If you think Brian Thomas Jr is on that level, then i still dont know what to tell you.

The only reason I say Burrow is because he has a killer instinct that is rare and cant be taught. No disrespect to Jayden as he played a fantastic game but I don't think Burrow loses the Ole Miss game.

Burrow faced much more difficult defenses and always made it happen. I’m not sure Daniels is beating FSU with the week 1, 2019 defense. Remember, everyone was bitching about the defense at the start of the year.

They most likely wouldn’t score 45 on us but I don’t think his 24 points would have cut it.

BTJ leads all of D1 college football in touchdown receptions. That’s the literal definition of alpha

I think Burrow’s team harder to defend. Too many weapons and formations. Daniels is close though. Brutal to try and stop either.

Yall are riot clenching to stats instead of whats staring you in the face.

I love BTJ, hes simply not in the same ballpark as Jefferson or Chase.

Burrow but it's close. Unreal the team rankings he faced and put up those stats. We didn't play as tough a schedule this year as in 2019. Although if I needed a real dual threat quarterback, Daniels is it all day. Great moves and crazy fast with accurate throws. Very proud to have both in a tiger uniform, glad they weren't here at the same time.
