Tiger Stadium needs about $300million in enhancements. It will take 25 years and be over budget and not look anything like the renderings.
The seating arrangement could use an update, waterproofing and new coat of gray.
There are too many dead spaces that are being underutilized.
The concourses need to be widened.
The bathrooms are god awful.

Tiger Stadium honestly is a dump. It’s got so much history and it’s iconic though so it being all brand new wouldn’t feel the same
