He has inspired me. And that's not something you say much at my age.

God Bless You, Sid.

It's a touching story and another reason why Les is an LSU legend. I hope he makes it to the Bama game, we kick their asses and Sid gets carried off by the players.

Absolutely must have SID emblems for all LSU helmets - miracles still do happen with enough FAITH and PRAYERS to Jesus (" where two or more are gathered in my name IAM there" says the Lord.).

... and LSU fans with out- of- state seats sacrifice their tickets.

I have 2 seats to Ole Miss in student section with a cabin at a close State Park to offer to SID and family.

Man this is a gut wrenching situation. The faith that Sid has in God is awesome. According to one of the articles he has also brought a lot of people close to God because of his situation, that is truly awesome.

Said a nice, longer prayer for Sid. No one that young should have to experience such pain and he has handled it with class. Having a young son, it tears me up for his parents as well... You are not supposed to bury your child. Hope e finds peace and can make it to the game.

Sounds like he has made his peace now he just gotta make it to the game. I agree no parent wants to bury their child.

Sid is an incredible young man and his parents are and will be proud of him forever. The Tiger Nation is proud of him.

Sid, I hope you're reading these posts and knowing how many prayers are going up for you and how much your revered and loved by your fellow Tiger fans. If you end up in heaven sooner than anyone your age should, we know you'll be giving the Tigers an extra push in every game and the team will be pushing for you. God bless you and your family.

That pic definitely is worth a thousand words +.
Prayers for this young man and his family. His courage and strength is an inspiration. Kudos to CLM, all class. Thank you coach for being the man you are. I truly hope and pray that there is some way that there is a way this young fellow can make it to this game. LSU, UA, & the SEC need to get together and do everything in their considerable resources to pull this off.

GEAUX SID! Hang in there and don't give up the fight, we're praying for you buddy! GEAUX TIGERS!

Prayers sent to Sid and his family and friends.

Geeze, his fight with cancer at such a young age makes literally every problem I've ever had in my life so trivial by comparison.

Sid, keep fightin', young man! Every Fightin' Tiger has your back!!

Sid inspired me to not take any day we have on this earth for granted. I hope he stays positive. Miracles happen and I certainly hope Sid is one of them.

Love this pic as well. When you see Miles doing things like this, it makes it hard to stay mad at him for long.

Keep up the good fight Sid!

They just played the audio between Miles and Sid on Finebaum show. As a parent all I can say is wow. What a good man Miles is and a brave kid Sid is.
