My grandmother used to cook them in a creole sauce (like shrimp creole) in oven. They were delicious.

The food court in Harrahs has a Thai noodle restaurant. I haven’t been to Vegas in three years, but it was some of the best Pad Thai I have ever eaten. In a food court of all places.
