There is no chance this gets a 2/3 vote.

The inevitable lawsuits alone would be a massive issue. Let alone the fact that these university presidents know that LSU draws a lot of eyeballs to tv.$$$
No, LSU doesn’t have the same power as the SEC. But LSU is a major SEC player, on the upswing in football, while historic powerhouses like Bama are on a small downward trend.
So while the SEC may not technically need LSU, they really should want LSU.
Which is why I believe this is all posturing and ultimately things will settle down once cooler heads prevail.
Or they boot us and then the SEC has to deal with a Big 10 school smack in the middle of their geographical footprint.

Since we know Sankey is colluding with other schools, it will either be a unanimous yes for expulsion or they won't have a vote.

I do think this is posturing but I also think Sankey has the votes. If it makes it all the way to an official vote Thursday we are getting kicked out.

They do it and first LSU hammers them with a law suit, followed by being grilled in Dc and ESPN reducing the media rights deal.
They think LSU is a problem now, wait until we win a major lawsuit and our PE nil thing goes down.

They will have to deal with a lot more than that. Even the Texas schools will be crying when the lawsuits are paid out.

I believe there are more than 11 votes. These schools are definitely communicating and colluding against LSU.

Why would he have the votes? Truly. Lane didn’t roster those players. What is the pitch to remove a charter member of the SEC that produces an absolute ton of revenue for the conference.

I would say the chances of either of those happening is extremely low, especially the latter. LSU will never end up in the B1G.

LSU will absolutely go scorched earth.
And while the SEC may have more power, I can’t be convinced the universities want that drama. It will affect their revenue.

According to Finebum, his sources are saying they will vote and have enough votes to expel..just saying what he just said.
