I thought we could after 3rd and 17 against UT.
I knew we would after we beat Bama.

I started to get that feeling at the florida game...it was just in the air the whole day.....just a sense of something great happening.

All of this.

Past teams could have cracked in the Florida game.

Past teams would have cracked against Bama.

I didn't think we could win it but the 3rd and 17 play call made it obvious this was something we are not used to as fans. From the play calling, the trust to get it down, and then the yards after the catch

Up 20 to Bama at Halftime (although that fourth quarter made me sweat and was entertaining).

Before 3rd and 17. 3rd and goal Burrow hits Jefferson for a TD.

In my head i was like just dont throw and an int and Burrow delivered a strike..very atypical of LSU football

Had to beat bama to get to atlanta so that was the game when the "could" question was answered.

Would was never a sure thing.

When Tua fumbled inside the 10 on first drive of Bama game and we made a TD in 5 plays. THAT is when I thought we'd be 15-0.

The first game felt different. I’d have to agree

Yep

Also that crazy burrow to Jefferson throw against UGA. I knew no one was beating us

3rd and 17 indicated to me early we had a special team

It was at the Fiesta Bowl against Central Florida. It was Chase's first big game and I kept asking myself "who the hell is that guy?" Burrow threw for almost 400 yards. LSU typically had great defenses and so-so offenses, I thought with that offense they could win it all.

Next time I was in Vegas I put $20 on LSU to win it all. 15-1 odds. Wish I had thought to bet on Burrow for the Heisman.

The back shoulder pass over the middle to Jefferson before the half against Texas. That was a pro level throw and catch.
