To further your point, that initial report contained absolutely nothing in the way of determining what the facts were. It was an initial report, not an initial determination of facts.

Wow, this level of ignorance is really astounding. The report states "I did observe a large crowd standing outside the bar. I spoke to several people who advised that an unknown W/M was physically assaulted by a large crowd of people...". It goes on, but I hope you are capable of reading at least. I never said the employees were in that report. I said they must have been spoken to at some point and I find it hard to believe they wouldn't mention something like that occurring just before the fight. Just deal with it jackass. My god.

Lowery finished high school as well. He was asked to leave a school with incredibly strict standards. People get kicked out of Catholic High for underage drinking and marijauna all the time.
Both graduated from a public school. Lowery was a total fool, and perhaps that contributed to why he was one of the unlucky CHS students who got caught doing something, but he certainly would not have gotten kicked out of Destrehan.

It was an initial report containing what information the police had collected as of 6:10 am the morning after the fight.
A report, as in what the officer observed and what was reported to him. Not a determination of fact.
Judges and juries ultimately determine facts but the officer on the scene is just supposed to report what they saw and heard and not jump to conclusions about anything that can't prove for certain as 100% fact.
And most of that report is stories reported to the officer after the fact. So he reported what was told to him. Don't confuse reporting with determining facts.

The phrasing in my second quote from the article led me to believe otherwise. It read as though they were describing the injuries of the three unidentified men, including a Marine.

uh, i went to Woodlawn, where Lowery eventually graduated from, and if i would have been seen at any time with drugs or alchohol i would have been axed. school is school, the kid had/has a substance abuse problem and obvious anger issues.

Incorrect. Lowery is the Marine and x-girlfriend stalker. Lowery is NOT the one that has the fractured vertebrae though.
