Anyone find it odd that this woman files a stalking report only after the players hire Nathan Fisher?

This is exactly what I thought...talk about pretty "shady" timing.

I could see if this came out Friday or even Monday. But why wait almost a week to decide you want a restraining order?

the ones that see clear shite on that video are full of shite

Honestly, I have only seen 2 people refer to that video as "clearly showing"....

EricB and TigerKnights.

If that doesn't reveal their bias, I don't know what to say. Couple of trolls.

No witnesses were there on arrival and the report says nothing about Shady's employees.

No gray, I'm saying it may very well have been a parent who got her to file ... not a nudge from the lawyer for the players.

If you're 18 and have never ever had problems and a happy home life you wouldn't know what a restraining order was perhaps. Glad she got one now for her sake.

I know for a fact you have seen White's statement that said they have contradicting accounts of the events, hence the reason for seeking 3rd party witnesses, but go ahead and ....

Wow, you really are fricking stupid. I said dragged from the crowd to the truck which matches the statement. How many people are going to question the police report which contains "several witness" accounts? Lowery and Long are simply the two at the end. Please explain away the 15-20 people that left in a silver vehicle beating on an unknown white male who left in a black truck. TIA.

Nobody is questioning the actual words on the report. They're only questioning the motive or intent of the witnesses.

You have to file it; judge has to grant it.

Is the following not a reasonable timeline:

She's out til early morning Friday, wakes up close to noon. Decides to take some action. Contacts friends about getting a lawyer. Makes contact with a recommendation late Friday afternoon.

Lawyer drafts papers and files them on Monday at some point.

Paper gets through the system and is signed by a judge on Wednesday.

Not with the 3 people he didn't know who went to a different hospital and apparently left him to take a crowd beating.

Why did their lawyer (all 4 of them) say they were all friends?

Several witnesses said that this is not true

Where is this? All I've ever read is "conflicting reports". That could mean nothing more than the players' statements. I guess they were completely honest while the rest are all lying. Sure. Look at the video. I guess my eyesight is failing because I clearly see a black truck with the door open. I see someone on the ground being pulled by the arm. All at the beginning of the video.

Is this the same report that includes the Shady's employees you cited earlier?

It's a fricking made up story. So are you one of the ones that got his arse kicked or something? Did JJ frick your mom or something? I honestly can't see how anyone could be SO against the players at this point.

Dude, I am totally glad she filed a restraining order against the the psycho. Just stating she could have done it a long time ago. I'm not doubting her story at all.

See my previous post. I know it seems like a long time but this was signed by a judge yesterday, five, really four days after the "final straw" occurred, with a weekend in between. Given that she was not in eminent danger, the timing isn't all that slow.

Fair assessment, but still highly unlikely she did this one her own.

I doubt she would voluntarily drag herself into this media conundrum

Did you? There were no Shady's employees in that report.

Maybe you should pay attention. There have never been any statements about a Shady's employee describing a stalking incident occurring and him being kicked out. So I suppose you are saying the police decided not to talk to anyone that worked there at all right? They figured why bother.
