Lowery is the Marine and x-girlfriend stalker. Lowery is NOT the one that has the fractured vertebrae though.
It's possible one of the other three "victims" is also a Marine, but Lowery is definitely a Marine and Lowery definitely has a TRO against him for stalking his x-girlfriend.

When you say something it is generally called a statement. I never said they had full accounts detailed in the report.

Mostly because the officer would ask did anything unusual or out of the ordinary occur tonight. Or when asked they would have said something like I didn't see the fight, but you know there was this kid that got kicked out earlier. Not impossible that it would have been skipped over, but unlikely.

I'm not. Lowery is a complete POS. I'm just saying we don't know all the facts of what happened. If he didn't deserve a beating then he didn't deserve it no matter his character. I also don't think the other 3 men are in any way connected to him. If it comes out they are all connected and JJ is a hero then frick em and JJ for heisman.
