I worked the Colonial for several years, but never the Nelson. And I've never seen a hole altered that drastically. But credit to the grounds staff. They have done a remarkable job this week.

Since I am on a path to the most down votes I believe it is fair for me to ask a follow-up question:
How many of you would have been fine with Jordan Jefferson going to the sideline and taking off his helmet and putting on a rainbow wig to inspire himself to play better? It seems to me he was criticized for smiling and having fun even when he was not playing well.

DivotBreath - I'll support you. It seems very silly to me too. Unfortunately, I think the very slow nature of baseball, with little action occurring, makes the players dream up ways to keep themselves engaged. You not as crazy as all these ranters say you are, and most of them are kids anyway, so they don't know much. Flame away, kids.
