Or let Leavitt put a couple on the board first?

Clark needs some playing time and I'd love to see Longstreet

Let Leavitt sling it if he’s healthy. Need to get his timing with receivers better

Leavitt till 20+ on the board.

Needs to work timing with WRs

But much quicker hook than usual

If Sam, in fact, has a hamstring pull, he needs to rest.

Those injuries only improve with rest

I would start Leavitt and give him a half because I’d want him to build on that passing performance against Aggie.

Kiffin will start Leavitt, will treat it like a NFL preseason game. Get your reps and get out. Jayce Brown needs all the work he can get.

Theoretically Sam should have no issues with McNeese even touching him

You rest Leavitt. Sure, he could work on timing for a couple of series but the result is not worth the risk. Give some time with the 1's to both of your backups because we're not guaranteed that Leavitt will remain healthy. Game experience at this level could go a long way later in the season.

It depends how badly he is injured. Leavitt, outside of some armchair head coaches, is the best QB on the roster. He needs more work but only if he is uninjured.

No more than any back to QB does.

The coaches see him every day in practice. They don't need to see him.

Then let him play. Dude was playing like a hall of famer w/ a bum hamstring.

Only kidding...kinda.

something about Clark that has that "It" factor to me when I see him play.. It's something rare.

It all depends on the injury.

You play Leavitt and don’t let him run. He should be able to work on timing with the recievers

That guy is crazy twitchy. His arm, his legs, just his overall movement.

Leavitt doesn't have to be a rockstar Saturday so he should play with limited ability and a short leash just to get the job done. Why should Lane put too much film out there on Clark when he doesn't have to?

The extent of the injury should be the first criteria for this decision.

Easy answer to this already, too much asked question, that
will probably be asked 50 more times until next Saturday.

Play Sam for a few series, score points, and then put Clark in to finish the game. #endofpost

If healthy give him the first half focusing on pocket passing. Second half goes to Clark to do the same

Wanna see Leavitt get a half...IF he's healthy...he can't be hobbling around like he was Saturday...if he still at that point then he needs to sit.

Last thing we need is to fully tear something off.

Clark needs to get more reps for sure this week of the two. This team is falling apart quick, we need 2s getting reps all the time.
