re: Stadium was about as quiet and nonchalant as I’ve ever seen last night.

Kudos to the fans who actually went. In their defense they didn't have much to cheer for. We should have won that game by 40.

I don’t know what the heat index was, but it was actually pretty comfortable in the stadium.

Everyone was to blasted off of vapes. Nobody cares anymore. Just give them weed and TikTok and seed oils and they’re happy.

It was a boring and uninspiring game. Nothing to cheer about

Patches work on that 3rd paragraph, sounds like a nervous speech in your first public speaking class.

First of all idk what pitches work means

Second Maybe it’s just your reading skills? Maybe practice it and you’ll be more confident next time.

LSU is 40% out of state students now, students don’t care anymore. Tiger Stadium has been corporatized and feminized.

Lower bowl good crowd, uppers, not so much.
West side Stadium Club, good crowd. Food was good as always.

The worst part about the game was the insane number of TV timeouts in the second and third quarter. It really ruined the flow of the game.

Gotta get that TV money back somehow. I expect it to get worse, that was miserable yesterday. Nothing like seeing the TV timeout guy more than the game

Tech brought a good crowd. They got loud at times. But yeah no heckling of opposing fans w this one.

Stadium woke up for a few third downs in first half. That was about it.

Basically it boils down to the in person experience has dropped while the experience from your couch has grown exponentially better.

That's where I am with going to the games. I'm not leaving my house and deal with all of the public stupidity and expense.

I went to this game in Tech gear for reasons. Got Tiger baited once all day, and it was pretty tame. I think fans were on the high horse and not up for the home opener as mentioned in previous posts. I hope everyone wakes up and Tiger Stadium is on fire for Florida and real TV next week!

Schedule shite teams, you get shite results on the field and in the stands.

I love reading this when a week ago people were bitching about scheduling Clemson.

Maybe the boomers were better fans?

boomers? plenty millenials and Gen X have stopped going to games. If you think it is the same as it was from 2000 to 2012 it is not.

bathrooms
parking
concessions
A/C
HDTV on the 50 yard line

and gameday atmosphere going to shite are why many just stay home now.

I was as fired up as anyone. Then Moore limped off. Then Nuss threw a beach ball to Barion Brown. After that, pure malaise.

So they he fans just knew it was gonna be bad and sat on their asses from the start?
you're being intentionally obtuse. The first play of the game our center got hurt. The 4th play Nuss threw a bad INT.

And the crowd was plenty loud enough when Tech had the ball for their first few possessions. Throw in consecutive 3 and outs for Tech, a bunch of penalties, and a dozen runs up the middle for 1-2 from both teams and you lose energy.

The crowd was plenty loud during pre-game, national anthem, helicopter fly over, etc. The play on the field killed the mood. Blaming the fans isn't the move here. It's just plain wrong.
