re: EIDL Increase Email - brichard
Wouldn’t be surprised if the portal is lagging behind or something with the demand on the system. Like you all, we are ready to see some movement towards the funding. ...

re: EIDL Increase Email - brichard
We called yesterday and spoke to a rep/agent, or whatever they are called. He confirmed that we were approved, and verified our bank account information while on the phone. He couldn't offer anything by way of a timeline for funding, but he confirmed that our paperwork was in order, and we were appr...

re: EIDL Increase Email - brichard
Yeah we the portal and saw the next button available to click, and clicked it. Gave us the quote/terms, etc. electronically signed all that and submitted it. At this point looks like everything is submitted/confirmed. Just waiting on the funding step to happen. ...

re: Punta Cana at the end of May, Can't wait! - brichard
Saona Island excursion was fun. Bus picks you up from resort, and brings you to little village marina to catch boat. Ride in on catamaran, hang out on remote private beach. Enjoyed a local BBQ meal. Little snorkeling too. Fun day, worth the trip. Beer, rum, and food all included. They stopped by so...

My rain gage maxed out at 8” about an hour ago in central. Yard is full and water creeping to slab. Ready for this break to start so we can drain. Only other time it was this bad for us was 2016 ....

re: Looking for a business to powdercoat vehicle wheels between BR and Slidell - brichard
I can recommend BR Powdercoat as well. He has coated some metal for me for business, as well as some atv parts over the years. Jody can handle wheels no problem....

re: Small PD cannot account for 24K rounds of ammo - brichard
Apologies fellas. not sure why I had green tips on the mind. I fixed the title. This came out in the BR business report, so take that for what you will. Looks like the current chief is trying to cover his arse from a perceived lack of accountability from his predecessor. I'm not LE, or FED, but I...

Small PD cannot account for 24K rounds of ammo - brichard
First time posting a link, so hope it works. That's a lot of practice for a couple of reserve officers. [link=(http://app.lla.state.la.us/PublicReports.nsf/0/E2EAD84896F8E3638625854B00497B55/$FILE/0001FCDA.pdf?OpenElement&.7773098)]Audit Findings[/link]...

re: Marucci Sports Sold for $200M - brichard
I think its more of a regional thing for us down here. Marucci is very popular with local teams. My some played a few out of town games last year, and you saw many more Demarini and Easton bats with teams not from Louisiana. marucci does do a heck of a job marketing, and getting the bat contracts fo...

re: Let’s talk about zero turn mowers. - brichard
I will throw Kubota in the mix. bought a Commander (residential model) with a Kawasaki motor back in 2013. Welded deck, seat upgrade which is awesome. It went under almost 4 feet of water in 2016, and after some flushing and filter changes, was as good as new. Still cranks, and cuts like it should. ...

re: Going to universal Orlando for the first time - brichard
You will be very happy you have the fast pass. As far as food inside the parks, its all pretty much burgers, pizza, quick type stuff. The Simpsons food hall place can get pretty crowded. We enjoyed the burger at Mel's diner (50's style place). Did not enjoy the pizza place by Jurassic World. There i...

re: Derek Stingley Jr: 6-1, 195, 4.30 forty - brichard
watched him pick a pass on the sideline, while playing FS towards the middle of the field (pass was a floater). then reverse his field to the opposite sideline, and score a TD. No one was even close to touching this dude. Doesn't sound overly impressive these days, but seeing it in person real time,...
