TLDR: marijuana and vape pens in and around campus is forbidden and can now result in up to one year in prison plus $1,000 fine.

I’ve seen plenty of drunk fools arrested for peeing in the bushes.
I’ve seen people kicked out for flasks in the stadium
I’ve seen plenty of DUIs on the way home

I don't care at all what another grown adult does. I don't want to be walking with my kids and have them get hit in the face with weed smoke.
