Did his wife tell him that? Like WTF is BK waiting on, oh I forgot he guaranteed and no accountability/desire to Win? The season is done as they will be lucky to be 2-3 in the next 5 games!

All the more reason to make changes now.

Insanity: doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Sounds like Brian wants to go on a spending spree after the season regardless. These are all the people he wanted in place in year 4. I’d make him coach with these guys until their contracts come due.

So IF we beat A&M (which i still believe is a legit possibility) he's going to wait until he loses to Alabama to start making changes. What fricking decade am I in?

All season, a novice could predict the play calls 90% of the time. No creativity whatsoever. Can’t image that changes.

It’s Kelly’s offense. Sloan just calls the plays.

Correct and that’s the problem. Kelly needs to let go, maybe find someone he agrees with philosophically and let the guy run the show. Kelly’s fine as CEO, it’s between the lines he’s lacking

Why not try a new QB now? Even with Kiffin as OC offense will not change if Nuss is the QB.

Lol if you actually believe that

That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. So he's waiting to make changes only when the season's goals become unattainable? Wouldn't it make more sense to make changes to something that hasn't been working when we still have a shot?

Agreed, the fact that Kelly can coach the o line and his whole time here they can’t run the ball with a running back is telling. How would you let a coach to continue down the same path, that alone tells you all you need to know about his aspirations.

the problem is obvious. Why wait another week.

Remote possibility? If we end up 10 - 2, not only are we GUARANTEED a playoff spot, we will at least host a playoff game. AND, if we are 9 - 3, we still make the playoffs as a 10th or 11th seed.

Well, we are going to lose to A&M.

Yes, they are a 2 1/2 pt favorite, so there is NO chance we win that game, right?

I have faith we can win that game and it will come down to if we can beat Oklahoma on Thanksgiving weekend to make the playoffs at 9 - 3.

However, I don't think we will beat Oklahoma at their place and we will end up 8 - 4 and ranked about 18th to end the season.

I do feel in-season changes are a possibility

The absolute max change Kelly would make is to take play calling duties-from Sloan and reassigning him and fire Davis outright. That would take a direct order from Woodward backed by the TAF, the BOS, and the National Guard.

The best we could realistically hope for is taking play calling duties from Sloan and reassigning Davis.

History and Matt House tells us neither is likely happen.

Is he risking a playoff opportunity for the convenience of waiting until the bye week??
