It's almost like the new scheme brought in by the DC was terrible.

Not so sure I want to see Busch gone. Has always been a hell of a safeties coach, and an even better recruiter. The defensive break downs this year were more of having someone like stevens at safety, scheme, and no one from the line back on the same page.

That all falls on Bo. Look at the years under aranda. How were these same coaches able to put out great results? The only thing that changed was scheme, and DC.

Man I dunno, seems like the only time our safeties looked good under him was when they were playing hybrid roles, delpit in 18 and jacoby last year. Our true safeties never looked that great and they weren't asked to really pkay that under Dave. He was Dave's guy, Raymond hates him, pmayers hate him...eventually got to cut bait.

Safety play was horrific this year, but DB play in general was pretty poor

I was disappointed in Mo Hampton too. I was expecting a huge jump after him filling in nicely last year.

For sure. I don't know if he thinks he's faster than he really is, but I don't think he took one good angle all year.

Some rumors like this started cropping up on the recruiting board (BobBarker) surrounding Sage Ryan's recruitment.

Can we nip this dumb rumor in the bud already? Les was set to be fired in 2015 until he got a stay of execution because he got carried off the field by his players and the housewives launched a Facebook campaign to save his job.

Bobby Jindal saved Les who was a contributor to his campaign; F. King was Jindal's errand boy.

Vol has mentioned it and it's been on the pay boards too.

Ponamsky was ring leader of those “housewives” in ‘15.
then ring leader for the “Fire Les / O on staff already as interim” crowd the very next month of LSU football.

i’m sure it’s just a coincidence he got a cush job and gets a shoutout from Head Coach fairly regular though.

Just this past weekend Orgeron came out of halftime saying we were gonna ground and pound and then we went out there and threw the ball

With 4th and 5th string RB and a shite o line? Orgeron also said this defense would be much better than last years. It’s been established that we can’t trust a damn word that he says.

This is good news but is Linehan going down too? By the rankings and statistics ( of the areas of the offense he handled ), he was equally as bad as Bo.

Need some updates baws, things are going to slow. I want some firing

I remember that Les Miles never fired anyone. Everyone just "left" LSU to take jobs at other schools. In other words, Les always fired guys privately and let them leave with all their dignity. I thought it was smart and helped Les attract the best assistants.

What off the field behavior? fricking a random? Wtf?

Should he have done a better job of not letting that get out? Sure but ita not like it was him snorting coke or fricking a tyranny. Chill out. Bunch of fricking females with that.

so, then anytime a coordinator is replaced all coaches on that side of the ball need to be replaced? That's not how it works. Position coaches work for the head coach not coordinators.
