Go read their boards after a loss or even a non-blowout.

I am getting old and I don’t think I can remember a 5 year period when everyone was on same page. Even when Saban was here the administration hated him and he was “Nick the Dick”, Charley Mac split the base, Arnsperger was gone too fast etc. It’s time to fricking admit it’s us not them. We are the fricking bi-Polar fan base of the SEC. Can we at least wait for the GD loses before we start bitching. Saban has one thing right for sure, our fan base definitely has catastrophe syndrome

So true...TD has the biggest craybaby/smartasses in the country...they do not realize that they are part of the problem...Social media is a huge part of recruiting now days....if a recruit sees this shite he's probably going to Bama......It should be named Chicken and his chicken littles...."the sky is falling"

2003 was nice, there was no arguing over the QB.

The only times there was dissension about Nick was after UAB in 2000, Ole Miss in 2001, and then the second half of the 2002 season. The rest of the time he was well liked by 95% of the fans.

Is the OP expecting utopia?

Any organization in a high pressure, high expectation environment will have fans/shareholders/constituents/members, etc that disagree with the direction they're heading. That's just natural.

In fact, I'd argue it's healthy to have dissenting views, even when things are going well. Otherwise, it's just groupthink with no checks and balances, and that's very bad.

you're putting WAAAAY too much importance on a fan message board. Not a single kid makes a decision between Bama and LSU based on this board.

Good lord.

One could say the same about the swamp creatures proclaiming great things are to come while having a bunch of coaches who have accomplished virtually nothing.

The people that didnt like Saban was the good ole boys that had their fangs in deep into the program that Saban kicked out.

IOW the same people that support Orgeron today.

Disagree with this. One, we're a few plays away from being a national power every year. We're simply spoiled brats. Success has been awesome but mix in a few above average years with social media... I hate to be cliche but - 'catastrophe syndrome'

We have the recruiting, facilities, money, support, and tradition to be a perennial top 10 team.

Being "above average" doesn't mean shite at a program like ours.

Sorry but that’s bullshite. I have had the misfortune of living in Bama the last decade and the fanbases here are almost always on the same page. Obviously winning solves everything but it sure as hell didn’t for Les Miles.

This is truth. Most of these dipshits don’t want to hear it though.

I’ll never forget the loss in 2003 to Florida. LSU fans were ready to fire Sabin. We just have some really shitty fans and they don’t even know it.
