LSU blinked first if we're being honest.

Or, LSU gave up the fight when the SEC put all their chips on the table and scheduled the court and vote in back to back days.

Either way, it's football time.

LSU blinked. They held the two spots open to add Wright and Harris later. The SEC knew that. LSU gave in and filled the spots. And this has all cooled down.

I'd say all just backed down and hopefully realized further escalation hurts everyone.

I wish it were simple but the SEC is going to just let it go without punishment.

Sure they can. LSU and Kiffin have not broken any rules.

Did they? We do not know that.

Speculation is fun but I prefer to wait and hear something official.

We’re gonna get a $500k fine so the SEC can save some face, and then we all get to move on from this. Sankey lost his clout with the league and will likely be replaced in 2028.

Not a bad ending all things considered

The SEC would be in violation of the injunction if it attempts to punish LSU.

Put Sankey in EBR parish prison general lockup for 24 hours if he pursues. He’ll learn there are much better cocks in the world than what Delly offers.
