He has a track record of fricking up football hires.

Succeeding with sports that lose millions of dollars doesn’t mean as much when you fail with the only two sports that turn profit.

His last 2 football contracts, which are really what matter, hes cost 2 universities a combined 120 mil or so in wasted money to pay those 2 coaches to go away. On paper at least. If that's not a firable pattern I dont know what is. Johnson was a great hire. Mulkey was also but ties got her here. The 2 biggest money sports have been duds. Firable offenses.

You talking about that Championship winning coach who lost to Troy at home and went .500 after the adults left him? When Aranda, Brady and Burrow left.....Ole Miss Orgeron came back....

He can hire the next baseball and WBB coaches.

The only two hires that mattered he fricked up royally

I guess because basketball is a money sport this may be true, but we all know that baseball and football are king at LSU. Bball might make money because of tv contracts or whatever, but LSU baseball is overwhelmingly more popular than basketball.

But its probably because we have a shitty coach/team so I dont know

His football contracts cost donors $50m+ and they lost out on more potential revenue because of it.

A new AD might be a good thing for LSU......SCott did an admirable job, IMO, but there are some sharp young leaders out there....

So technically, he missed on the only 2 football head coaches he’s hired

Did he not hire 2 coaches at Washington? The first got the program going back to bowls after being 0-12 under Ty Willingham, the second took UW to the CFP and won a couple conference titles.

It’s technically 5 HC hires, 4 national titles.

Jay Clark was already there, but Woodward did give him the job.

Explain who his politics don’t align with Landry’s. I think I know but I’m here to learn.

For the billionth time: on a national scale statistically speaking (key phrase ladies) nobody GIVES A FLUCK about college baseball.

No other major school's fan base prioritizes baseball over football or men's basketball besides LSU. And that's only because basketball keeps stepping all over it's own dick.

I know this is gonna hurt yall's wittew feelings, but it doesn't make it untrue.

It is EXPONENTIALLY easier to win a title in college freaking baseball than it is in football or men's basketball. Any logical person knows this.
