maybe but a washed Cal still makes the tournament and competes for SEC titles, something MM has yet to show. But hey moral victories & the NIT are better than tournament appearances.

Cal and Will Wade have the same exact tournament track record since 2020 (two round of 64 exits, one round of 32 exit). Y’all are lucky that your AD isn’t as dumb and delusional as most of the people on here who worship him as a god, he was cheating his arse off here and had all the talent in the world and still couldn’t get over the mediocre hump.

He’ll never have more talent in his career than he did during his stretch at LSU and he did nothing with it, he’s just a younger version of Cal who was dumb enough to get caught

Arky is shooting big to go get Kentucky's basketball coach.
. I would bet Cal’s agent reached out to Arkansas first.

I don’t think at the time LSU was in the position to shoot big because a certain previous coach was caught on tape saying that was a big arse offer

Why would we want a coach that brought 3 separate schools to the Final Four when we have 11 total SEC wins over two years and a first round NIT exit at home to North Texas on our side.

LOL. Is Ark under investigation with possible sanctions coming. Would Cal go there if they were? Uh. No.

Wonder if he'll get Worldwide Wes on board with him at Arky, that will be key to him being able to succeed, always was. But I do think his best years are behind him.

Sometimes a change of venues gets the juices back for a year or two, but I don't think it will be sustained.

because this fanbase thinks they’re too good for Cal but will act like Dale Brown is a god.

Yeah, but dude he has lost games in the first round of the tournament for the last 3 years & KY fans here in Louisville are just done with him. In my humble opinion, he is a fantastic recruiter, but he gets them there and they leave after 1 season. The players NEVER get a chance to really "gel" as a team and can't be a true contender for a Nat'l Championship. Until they change the rules on this "one & done" in college basketball, Calipari will struggle no matter where he coaches. Hey, who cares, I just hope LSU can get better in b'ball. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

If Ark football can get any worse, they most likely will. Cal will demand much of the NIL money.

Arky hiring a 65 year old coach who has consistently underachieved.

He will do well at Arkansas. They are more built for him to be successful than Kentucky.

In all his years of coaching NBA talent at Kentucky and other stops. He has one Natty 2012! OVERRATED IMO.

Ive got to admit ARK is willing to show that they take BB
seriously.Im not a CAL fan.He hasnt kept up with the times
and has underachieved at UK with the exception of 1 year. The
fact that ARK is willing to make a splash says alot about
their AD and BOS.
