Not sure, but this was hands down one of the worst defenses LSU has seen in a long time. If not for Daniels, we could have easily have had a 6-7 win season. I pray Coach Kelly finds a really good DC....

Ditto! JD5 gave everything he had this season. No doubt if we had a defensive squad comparable to that 2019 group, LSU would be in the playoffs contending for another championship, but….I would have loved to see JD5 one more time, but I respect his decision.

Think back to when Lamar Jackson won the Heisman, Louisville had 3 losses including the loss to us in the Citrus bowl, yet he won the Heisman that year. Our defense is the problem with our team right now and not his fault. Hopefully if he continues to play as he has thus far, those that get to vote ...

I agree. Unfortunately once you have 2 losses the rest of the season is trying to play for a decent bowl IMHO. I hate losses like this though. LSU was known for always have a stout defense.
