We had somebody here I don’t know what week ago?

… they was saying Saban will be offered five years 72 million

Regardless if he accepts - 30 million NIL for the next coach

You like teasing LSU fans for some reason? I realize we are down bad here, but no need to mock us with fake stories like this.

He can be offered all day. Saban isn’t coming back.

Hiring the biggest name exactly like Woodward would after firing him makes all the sense in the world. We didn't need his buyout money anyway

So another bad contract for an old coach who retired because he was getting burned out with the new world of CFB

I don’t really get what this does for LSU? I mean say he comes in and wins 8-10 games a year for two years then he leaves. We would be in the exact same position in two years that we are in today with the exact same results.

I don’t mind Saban coming in for 4-5 years and actually trying to deliver a championship. This whole 2-3 year transitional coaching hypothetical is nonsense.

Someone needs to take screenshots and keep receipts. Chicken should permaban anyone who is making claims like this when they don't come true.

What everyone forgets is how he almost came back in 2007 til the Lloyd Carr faction leaked the Miles hire at Michigan and Miles had to give that presser.

I’m sorry. It is not slightly conceivable that Saban can be motivated by money at this point in his life.

bingo

he is 74. what he wants now is time left to enjoy his life. he has more mpney than you can shake a stick at. he also knows you cannot take it with you. maybe he wants to enjoy some of it now.

some fake source is trolling the frick outta the OP.

Saban is a different animal. He lives and breathes football. You know he will leave no stone unturned in whatever he does. I’m not allowing myself to be trolled here. Saban isn’t coming back.

It would be the most Louisiana thing ever to can BK with his massive buyout then give a 74 year old retiree a possibly worse contract

Amen to that...Besides Gameday where he shows off his coaching expertise, and not having on the field to actively deal with NIL player development problems Saban is co-owner of Dream Motor Group a billion-dollar powerhouse. So, all things considered it wouldn’t seem he’d be much interested in any kind of job at LSU working for the governor of Louisiana.

If your sauce was legit they would have said they’re negotiating with Ms Terry, not Nick, because she makes the decisions in that household. Nick just goes where Ms Terry tells him. Perhaps we need to hire her, and we get Nick for free.
