They are in a constant cycle of melting down, then claiming some completely unfounded moral victory against LSU, then melting down again.
It was “We don’t have roster spots to take them” then “Lane Kiffin is destroying the sport and his team sucks so he needs NFL players”
Then it was “SEC finally put their big boy pants and on put Kiffin in his place” with a smug look on their face while typing.

He’s bought and paid for. Total shill. Even before the Chambliss case. There’s a reason why Ole Miss chose him to be the representation for the bogus tonsillitis case…
He’s a talking head and not much more. His opinion means nothing, he’s just the first Ole Miss-adjacent public figure to begin melting on X
Notice that his case is what led us to this point, yet he’s the first to run his mouth about it. Go figure.

Portal / SEC transfer-rule noncompliance is not a basis to sit players and post-2025-26 pro contracts, agent contracts, or pro appearances are not a basis to sit them if they terminate and repay before a college game.

One would think that these conferences would have enough money to have top notch in house legal that would have pointed out how this looks to all move on the same day. It’s a little weird that Sankey is being drug to court while the b1g isn’t being named in these things, or I just haven’t seen them.
