Did you forget about mettenberger?

Mettenberger is the most overrated QB in LSU history. He never won a game that mattered, had one good game Bama '12, and padded stats against shite teams. And he did all that with OBJ and Jarvis Landry. I'm sick of hearing about this bum.

If it wasn’t for him we don’t beat Tennessee in 07’ SEC championship for us to win the 07’ Title.

I thank him for his service

RP was never going to be anything special under Les Miles. never. slightly above average at best.

RP11 was the QB to help win the Tenn SEC championship game... He was a really good QB that was a physical runner that had a strong arm and could place it anywhere he needed to... With Lafell and Byrd and tolliver he could have really did some damage

Although vacated now due to the Vadal stuff, the wins over A&M and USCe in '12 were both top-10 wins.

If RP isn’t booted then Lee doesn’t throw a billion pick sixes and force Les to give up on QBs for the rest of his career

Perrilloux is thought of more highly than he should be because of the “what if”.

In truth, he wasnt anything special.

Les would have let RP go wild with the offense. But we'll never know what could have been.

I think so too. Les trusted RP and it would have been a RPO type offense.

That one joint changed the history of Lsu football. In stead of probably 2 more national championships.. We start a freshman QB then run conservative offenses through the next 10 years. Poor QB play til Danny Etling

Til Danny Etling?

Through Danny Etling.

Couldn't even truly unleash Mettenberger with one of the greatest WR duos in LSU history. Cost us a national championship in 2012.

Fixed it for you. Danny Etling tried as hard as he could, but he was mediocre.

Mediocre is still better than poor.
