Rewatching the Florida state game. Here’s an interesting hypothetical

If Daniels connects with Boutte on the second play of the game after rushing for 25 yards in the first snap, how much does that do for each players confidence the rest of the year? After that there’s a bad snap and then the line falls apart for an almost sack.

Just interesting that maybe Daniels feels like he can throw it up more and also Boutte gets into a rhythm.

Heisman, Biletnikoff, National Champs.

If they only could have connected.

If Howard was in the game maybe he doesn't transfer to Ole Miss

It’s time for you to pick up bird watching, rare coin collecting or even a risky massage at a sketchy Chinese parlor.

If boutte hadn't bitched out in that game and actually played we might have had a better looking offense.

Oh well.

ETA: hey boutte, I see you downvoted, sometimes the truth hurts, you still made the NFL so good job.

They were so lucky to win that game

Two months later we would have won by 21+

9/2 is gonna be brutal for them

And if Jamie Howard were in the game we would've had to forfeit since he has no eligibility left.

In defense of the OP, it isn't a stretch to say Boutte's season turns out differently if they make that connection. As with most diva's, the slightest positive or negative can greatly affect their success/failure.

It seems obvious at this point that KB’s season (& career) went the way it did due to not rehabbing his ankle injury properly.

The kid lost his speed, agility & apparently his GIVE A DAMN & HANDS after he tore up his ankle @ Kentucky.

He damn sure NEVER looked the same afterwards.

I was at the game...LSU was discombobulated majority of the game. The injury to Smith on 1st play was gut wrenching. FSU won’t sneak up on the Tigers in Orlando.

Yes that could have changed things throughout the game. However, you could go and say that for just about any game. There are always 3-4 plays that change the outcome of the game.
