What? No, you don't reward or let that type of shadiness go. If we let them get off with it now, they'll continue to try and poach from our roster. NCAA may need to get involved if these allegations are true. LSU is no one's pushover, I'm all for Coach O standing firm with this decision.

So we should allow them to continue to tamper with players on our roster and not make any attempt to stop their shady practice?

It is dumb to block allen. Now TCU, after supposedly cheating, won't get the bad press and lsu will for blocking a student athlete

Either let it go, or turn them in. Lsu once again has managed to get negative publicity when we aren't the bad guys

I'm fine with it as long as we report them to the NCAA for breaking rules, make it known you cant do that, and that's how you get blocked.

Right now we look like the children, have to make it known he's being blocked for a damn good reason.

I do agree with one part of your troll. Allen's mentor is a John Curtis coach. Doubt it will matter as O & Moffit are well liked there. But still

Les Miles has screwed us over with qbs, and our perception, so much that it's now affecting where lsu players can transfer. Say what you want but Miles and cameron fricked us over on the offensive side of the ball with their bullshite qbs they recruited that ALL ended up sucking. Les and Co didn't recruit a single qb that was worth a shite. Hell, at one point ANDREW HATCH was the starting qb for LSU...Andrew Hatch. Saban recruited jamarcus and saban recruited flynn. Mettenberger was a transfer. That's what hapens when your whole identity is "we are going to impose our will on our opponent and try to dominate them...even if our opponents name is alafrickingbama and they know what we are going to try to do." Im so damn glad les is gone.

I'd like to see coach O in a handicap cage match against coaches Patterson (TCU) & the female Mumme (Bellhaven). My $ is on O.

Oh yeah, definitely. Some of that is that other schools are using their own media mouthpieces to tell their side of the story, but a lot of it is our own ineptitude.

It's been a regular pattern for a while now.

Coach O with a cajun drop-kick right after the opening bell...idk what a cajun drop-kick is, but he would execute it to perfection for a knockout. Coach Os fighting sponsor would be red bull no doubt. I can say all of these things with 100 % certainty. Also, I'm sure coach O could choke a motherfricker out with relative ease. That would be his ground n pound move.

TCU was recruiting him while he was at LSU. O is making it known that's unacceptable and won't be tolerated. Has absolutely nothing to do with Justin Rogers.

If this is true and I have no reason to doubt it is, I have no problem blocking the transfer. You have to nip that shite in the bud.

"Word was that TCU was trying to recruit Willie to the Horned Frogs while he was still enrolled at LSU and in the program. That would then make some sense as to why LSU only blocked them."

O is in way over his head. The season hasn't even started yet and how many terrible decisions has O made? It's going to be a long 3 yrs. I hope all you O supporters are thrilled

it was clear on the radio the other day he didn't want allen to transfer so if there was improper communication on TCU's end then I think its perfectly fine to restrict his transfer options

if allen were simply processed I'd say this is a dick move but that isn't the case

With LSU being so thin at the tackle positions and us not wanting him to transfer, does anyone have any insight as to why he is unhappy here and is wanting to transfer? It doesn't make any sense to me because he would have been literally one play away from having to step in somewhere along the offensive line if a tackle goes down.

Willie never told Ogeron his wanted to transfer. Ed learned of all this when he was blindsided by the TCU phone call.

Allen is in a legally binding contract with LSU that he's trying to get out of. LSU is letting him out with stipulations. Sounds like LSU is accommodating him, if he has a problem with the stipulations then maybe LSU shouldn't let him out of his contract at all. Who cares if CEO is a bit butt hurt. LSU spent money, time and energy recruiting him only to have him up and leave.

Don't care about TCU
Don't care about Allen
Don't Care about ESPN
Don't care about Mumme
Don't care about Texas

"You can't go to any SEC school. Or, which one did you choose again?"

"TCU"

"Oh yeah. Or TCU."
