Would I be wrong if I said Bert Jones and Y.A. Title were the only ones who made it big in the pros?

understandable statement and no doubt they both probably deserve on there. But it also says YOUR top 5 Qb's of all-time...I chose to keep them to ones I know

Understandable, but I hope that you will also expand your point of view and consider those QBs of past eras. It would be a shame if we only appreciated those QBs whom we have actually seen play, when there is such a rich history to draw from.

To date, yes, but JR is still early in his career and there is still hope yet that he will develop into a pro QB.

I noticed I was getting a little lonely in the 4th qtr when I noticed all the fans had left. Rex hadn't even finished his exhibition yet.

It's OK, I felt the same way in '97.

Can't wait for '09. Anyone got Teebones cell # yet?

Anyone that doesnt have JR at least 2nd is a lying sack of shite.

Jeff Wickersham? I know him and he would tell you JR is 100x the qb he is. Please.

You guys and your hatred of a black QB. Sad..

really? You sir are a racist. How are you going to tell people that their opinion of "YOUR" top 5 Qb's of all-time is based solely on race? The guy didn't give any kind of qualifications he asked just to post "YOUR" top 5. I have the two I saw in person help LSU win Nat'l Championships ahead of JR...guess I am a racist

do you really think any of those old geezers could play the game with the athletes that get run out on the field today in the sec? if we put bert jones or some other hasbeen out there they would make jarrett lee look like john elway.

I usually don't like to get in the middle of a family arguement. But, at the risk of giving away my age I can tell you Bert Jones could and would have started for any LSU team at anytime, ever. I've been following LSU and Arkansas football since, well a long time. And,Bert Jones is without a doubt the best to ever take a snap at LSU.
