Huge season disappoint or monumental post-season collapse.

What say you and why?

Give me the LSU season. UCLA has it lined up for a shot at a Natty and totally choked it away.

LSU's season was a slow and steady burn. UCLA just instantly went up in flames. Both situations suck, but it all depends if you want to spread out your misery over months, or be riding high and then smash into a brick wall.

UCLA’s and it’s not particularly close. I’m not sure how it’s even a debate.

Much rather lose in the post season than lose in the regular season.

Easy for me to say I still prefer to make it, but this place would be melting down had LSU lost to a 4 seed as a #1 overall.

At least they had a fun season, but the hurt would be pretty bad.

I think I heard this the most the 4 seeds have won this early on? Could have misheard.

It was fun watching them lose but the right answer here is UCLA. At least there fans got to enjoy watching them through the regular season. For us it was pretty miserable the entire season.

I hear you, this is probably the right answer.

But man…phew.

“Fans” is a generous way to put it. Their stadium was totally empty all weekend

Because the OP loves to make dumbass posts. These two were within a few weeks of each other.

I mean the question is basically: would you rather have a historically bad season that is full of disappointment or have a really good season that ends in disappointment? I’m not sure why anyone would even consider the first option.

UCLA's.

Any single series or set of games can be lost to any team in baseball. That is what the saying "that's baseball" means.

It ultimately doesn't matter. In either situation the same people would have the same exact reaction to both.

How is this even a question?

Getting into the post season and losing is better than not making it at all.

If LSU played in the Big 10 and missed the post season it would have REALLY sucked.

This is worse imo.

It’s no fun having a shitty year but knowing you suck is a much easier pill to swallow then riding high and just shitting the bed. That leaves a bad taste in your mouth for awhile and leaves you wondering what if.

LSU’s season was death by a million cuts. UCLA’s season was a head shot and was dead. Give me the head shot all day vs the 3 months of torture and eventually death at the end!

Is this a joke? Anybody saying they would rather have LSU’s season has either never played ball or simply has the mentality of a giant LOSER.
