That won't happen, man. The President's pardon power is so encompassing that he could simply look at that camera and say "I am hereby pardoning... (Fill in the blank)" and never sign a single document pertaining to said pardons and it would be legally binding.
The pardons Biden issued are not going to be overturned.

The reality is Biden set this precedent and it will be a standard operating practice of every subsequent president until the end of humanity. The breadth of these preemptive pardons will expand to include entire staffs and administrations because nobody wants to work under the threat of baseless, frivolous, or weaponized attacks by the opposing political party. Politics is totally out of control and there are no boundaries.
