It seems that LSU win need to find a QB in the portal, 3-4 offensive linemen, 3 WRs, potentially multiple LBs, DBs and DLs.

The needs seem vast.

Any particular insights on targets and needs?

An offense?

Think we can get a volume discount?

I know Whit staying or leaving is a big one for LBs, but I don't see a massive need for transfers on Defense. I also don't think after our transfer WRs this year, we need to heavily invest there. Let the young LA WRs eat. QB and OLine, another story.

QB
Slot receiver
Center
Right tackle
Additional guard
Safety
Corner

If we can keep Baker I like the Linebacker youth especially Keys and imagine we get Whit back another season.
Offense is going to need a complete rehab
But I like the running backs, Curne, Parker, Green, and Adams.

I actually think Adams would be ok with a decent coaching staff

Depth separates us from UGA and Bama; they have quality depth at every position, while LSU lacks it behind the starters.

I'm kinda conflicted on him. I see some things have him as potentially sneaking into the end of the 1st rd but I'd say it's likely he's a 2nd rd pick. However, I'm not sure how much he can improve his stock though. I guess it boils down to how much NIL money he can get next year, or if he just wants to come back.

We don't need a Place Kicker. We need a Special Teams coach who doesn't tell our kid with a robot leg to kick it short of the endzone.

3-4 offensive linemen
we definitely need a couple lineman but if we get a good OL coach and an OC that knows what they are doing, I think we can start to develop the lineman we have and turn them into serviceable players.

I like your spirit, but terrible execution in this post. Who's graduating, who's definitely going to draft, and who needs to have a seat? There's too much missing.

Defense Returners:

DT: Breaux, McKinley
DE: Reliford
LB: Weeks, Keys, Weeks
CB: Pickett, Woodland
S: Cooley, Spears

There’s also a ton of young guys who might improve and just need the opportunity. The cupboard is not bare on the defensive side.

Don’t look at offense, trust me you don’t want to.

Pretty good list. I would add the following guys with athleticism & potential to come out next year:

S/Star: Jimcoily (great size 6'3/220) & Toviano
LB: Braker, Ross & Moses
TE: LaFleur

New HC is going to have his hands full, especially if he doesn't show up until after the portal period to retain & recruit new players.
