Because the idiots of this board would rather bash the players, bash the victims, bash the Marines, and bash Les Miles. I've read outlandish and made up stories ranging from the driver hitting one of the players with his truck to JJ going WWE style on people.
It's pretty damn ridiculous.

Ill tell you this. Some of the players saw JJ step on the guys head. Its no longer about who started it, kids fight. It is about stepping on a defenseless persons head. From what I hear, it was a mutual discrepancy that had started building up earlier in the night. But the only reason one person is getting charges of 2nd degree battery, is because only one person stepped on a mans head.

I'm saying few things as fact, as things like this change every few hours, but one thing is for sure: JJ will be out at least the first two games. And he will get an initial charge of second degree battery, which most likely will.not stick.

If you are right, and I believe you are close, JJ lied to his own dad. And said dad made a lot of statements which now appear to be lies. Of course to the rant, that is perfectly acceptable behavior, lying to your dad and all. And letting him make himself look foolish. What fight? I am at home sleeping.

No. This player is a real live player and you would laugh your arse off if I told you which one. But I only assumed he was, because he just signed on, and he seemed really sentimental and weird about things. And rummy only confirmed that he wasn't a player, not that he wasn't connected at all.

Since CLM is quoted as saying he won't punish specific players until the details are "collected and revealed," does this mean JJ still takes snaps with the first team and the other players involved continue to practice & keep the same spots on the depth charts as they currently have?
