Look at the above post birdman. There was a guy the other night that first post came in the stickied thread. He seemed like a player the way he was posting. Rummy confirmed that he wasn't but wouldn't say anything else. The dude made some bold comments and they never got deleted so I figured the admins knew he was legit. May have been wrong.

It was weird. His first post was about Miles being devastated and he may resign if all of this stuff gets bad. Everyone starting telling him he was banned, and didn't understand why. It led me to believe he was either an awesome troll or no troll at all. Then he started acting as if all the players knew this was bad and they were really sorry. It was just weird. His post never got marked unreadable and as far as I know, he wasn't banned.

Here you are, a newly recruited WR, a hugely recruited WR I might add, finally at LSU. You have just finished camp. You're in your room on the LSU campus! Dude!!
Then, you're senior QB says, "Hey, I think I may head over to Shady's. You wanna tag along? You've been great in scrimmages and stuff, come hang out. It's a tradition to be out after curfew after the camp ends...."
Or something to that effect. Peer pressure.

All this means is for right now their attorney(s) have advised them not to talk to the police at this time.
Cops ask folks to come to the station to talk to them about felony charges all the time and people don't show up for one reason or another. Also by asking them to come in and telling them they will not be arrested at this time also allows the cops to talk to them without Miranda issues. Does not mean it is being swept away.....Yet

I would doubt any discussion with police for the LSU guys would ever take place after the BRPD source story got out...true or false.
Not till Fisher had a pretty good idea what evidence had been developed.
I don't see this as a sign that arrest will not be made. It's just a sign that Fisher is not gonna let the LSU guys help to make a case for an arrest.
