give me a fricking break. Nathan Fisher is good. Don't get me wrong. But, he represents LSU players ALL THE TIME. Letting them walk into BRPD and give a statement without a lawyer would be foolish.

You are missing my point...Cochran got a free walk for a man who appeared to be guilty to everyone in the universe...Fisher is trying to do the same for Jefferson here, in my opinion. It will take more work than just refusing to let the players go for an interview with the cops...if Jefferson some how gets a free walk on this deal, then Fisher has really done some work

Way more politics and who knows who involved here. Hillar and Fisher probably do lunch every day. This is never going to see the inside of a courtroom. Like I said, Fisher is good but Johnny, you should call him Helen Keller because he was a fricking miracle worker.

haven't been following except that Nathan Fisher has been retained. He always represents LSU players when they are in trouble and he usually gets them out of it. Notice my avatar. Put that up when I heard this all went down

How many totally innocent people have you ever seen who weren't banging down the police station door to proclaim their innocence and to tell their story?

Well, the difference here is that one of the non-LSU guys got an attorney almost from the get-go and a "news" story broke than an arrest was to be made the same day the players were to be interviewed.

It is wise to tread a tad more carefully given those facts.

Anyway, it's kinda hard to claim you are innocent when you broke curfew and engaged in a fist fight.

The innocent boat already sailed.

Now, you just trying to stop the bleeding.
