The truck driver had to have started it. There's no way they dragged him out of his truck. Don't most people drive with their doors locked?? He had to have stepped out and said some bad things.

I just want what's best for LSU's enduring image.

How can this not be an impermissible benefit?

Can anyone tell me if Fisher has ever represented one of our players because of a situation that turned out to be no big deal, no suspension, etc?

Local news just said Fisher defends college athletes for free.
If a bar lets a student athlete in for free and gives free drinks, isn't that an NCAA violation.
How can free legal representation not be a NCAA violation?

im going to assume there were some heated words exchanged before anyone got hit...
JMO, but I doubt the simple honk of a horn provoked 15 dudes to pull a guy out of his car and wail on him.

Local news said that Fisher usually defends College Students for free. Did not say college athletes. That would be a NCAA infraction, but since he also does for any college student (and he has done this for years) with no preferential treatment to athletes, it is cool.

Jarvis Landry

I agree, I wonder if the guy said something about running them over. If so that's a threat. I've never heard of anyone college guys going off on someone just for blowing a horn at them. I don't even go off like that. Something was said or thrown at the football players to provoke a lot of them to want to fight.

i still don't think this guy was pulled from his car. if we has trying to exit a parking lot, then i'm sure his vehicle was in drive and he has his foot on the brake. if he had been pulled from his vehicle, the brake would have been released and there would have been an auto accident or someone would have gotten run over. the guy got out willingly.

Or he put the car in park at some point. Like when there were a whole mess of people blocking the exit.
You have no idea, the cops have witnesses. I'll trust the witnesses who were actually there and gave statements to the police.
