If he continues, there’s a very good chance we will all start wearing face shields.
Whether we like them or not.

Why don't you try telling Deculus and Fonua to 'shut the frick up'. LOL - I'd pay money to watch that

They are the guys who had to wear the idiotic money grabbers... and said they can't breathe.

This mask hoax has gone way beyond the prevention of Covid-19 in athletes or the general population. IMO it's a purely political move designed to prop up the argument by the Deep State that we need Fraud-By-Mail. I've heard respected medical professionals, including at least one physician (and distinguished speaker on medical issues) with 37 years of practice, say that mask actually cause more harm than good.

They want that Oval Office. There's your logic behind this mask scheme.

Well said. No bigger control freak than a lib with some authority.

And if they can get these germ incubators mandated, there is about a 99% gross profit margin in these 7-cent pieces of plastic the sell for 14 bucks.

5 million-plus football players (from 7-year old's to pros) needing a dozen masks a season. Do the math.

Collegiate hockey players don’t have problems breathing. Why not append something similar to that as a face mask. If it can stop a puck it should be able to withstand impacts on the field.

Most hockey masks are open grills. And the plastic shield type have an ample open area at the nose and mouth.

No doubt there are some exceptions (goalie), but these are the masks I see the most.

Yes its considered a throw away! Since your concern is player safety...why doesn't LSU use VICIS helmets the one that ranks the safest by far of any helmet made? MONEY !!!

Most of the players are adults.

Promises of the safest possible environment are almost always made to parents during recruiting. Forcing a player to use an experimental mask/shield... not good.

Breech of verbal contract. Pain and suffering.

A smart lawyer could navigate a way past summary judgement. A dumb one probably couldn't.

Just because it “feels like” you can’t breath as well doesn’t make it so. It’s like putting your head under the blanket. It “feels like” you can’t breath as well but you are still in fact getting the exact same amount of oxygen in your bloodstream

There are already LSU player complaints published nationally.

That’s a claim. A claim is not evidence.

If you knew anything about the law, you'd know that a force majeure such as, let's say a global pandemic with lethal consequences, frees the parties of any obligation they assumed under a contract.

...you do realize these players are legal adults right? That would be like my parents suing the Navy because I had to go underway.

Why would their parents be suing anyone? Aren't the players all 18+ years old? They are grown-arse men, not children.

No they don’t. Their kids are adults.
