I’ve got a friend in the business who says Peter Millar is a large Canadian co. that does contract work for everybody and made up the name and started their own luxury brand. They use the best materials, have their own designers and run their machines at just a little off of maximum hoping to increase quality. I bought a suit from him that was made in CAN and it is excellent.
$140 for a polo is high, but damn if I’m not considering it!
I’d get the straight on tiger head that is the current logo

That's a dealbreaker for the typical LSU baw.

$140? Damn, man. Every time I see an LSU polo I’d like, they’re always so expensive.

Millar has a sale or two each year. Get on their email or text list to be notified. Last winter I bought a coat and two hoodies for about $250 total. Really quality and stylish stuff.
Their Polos are usually well under $100 during the sale.

Anybody ever get one of these? I love their tailored fit... just wondering if folks have had a good experience & like the quality of embroidering
Yes...Peter Millar makes a great shirt - you won't have any issues with them.

I like Johnnie-O and Peter Millar about equally. Probably prefer JO a little more. But check out Turtleson which was started by a couple of ex-Peter Millar guys. They have a really nice collegiate collection.which includes this plus some really good outerwear options:

Has anyone ever found the Cutter & Buck Vault L polo in Gold?

PM fits like a giant trash bag to me. Love the material, but man nothing seems tailored about it to me
Holderness and Bourne and Horn Legend fit so much better

Peter Millar polos are so 2017.

You girls need a fashion board.

Peter millar is not what I’d call a tailored fit. Mizzen and main as well as Johnny O are both superior cuts.

140$ for any polo is a waste. Lol

If it's good enough for the Masters it is good enough for me

I didn't get to where I was by spending that much money for a shirt.
