Wax Leaf Ligustrum, anything will burn if the fire is hot enough. Wouldn't use it to start a fire. ...

Good shrub sub, planting now should be fine. Future weather forecast seems moderate with no real potential for freezing. I would A) treat the soil or B) complete removal of shrub and soil and start fresh....

Some of your cookware may not work on induction. I find gas is much more convenient to cook with. Can run your gas cooktop without electricity. All personal preference...

Yes, filtered sunlight is optimal for Japanese Maples. Depending on the aesthetic appeal Tamekeyama, Bloodgood, and Coral Bark are all good varieties....

Take the total square footage and multiply by 9. $4,320 for materials. Factor $3,000 a day for labor cost....

The berries from a Blueberry can stain the pool deck/plaster and although listed as evergreen they drop the occasional leaf which tends to be red in color. Highly recommend a Eagleston or Savanah holly. ...
