That Mars attorney for Ole Miss is probably giving Ross all the legal avenues and he's eating it up like a moron. Does he not look at what he posts? What he posted in OP's post makes 0 sense. LSU would sue the SEC hard for that because it would be an easy case to make collusion was going on. He's either pushing clickbait or he's really that dumb posting what he does.

I don’t think the presidents of the SEC schools give two craps about Ole Miss’ opinion. If it was just Ole Miss raising the stink this would be done and over with.

Not sure Big 10 would take LSU. Doesn't fit their markets unless they wanted some avenue to SEC markets. Not like LSU is a big market though. Big 12 would though and this probably would hurt LSU more than it would hurt the SEC.

Dellenter gets a lot of (well deserved) hate, but this is pretty much journalism everywhere now. It’s no longer reporting news, but instead driving clicks with unfinished or untrue stories.

Because the National sports media aka ESPN, Finebaum etc only talk about LSU doing it and it’s intentional. They want to use Kiffin as the fall guy. I mean who better to use than him, the current CFB villain! It’s more about him than it is LSU. ESPN knows if CFB changes and becomes more like the NFL and it will then it threatens their money and power over CFB. A 16 team playoff would mean they have to share media rights and they don’t want that. Conferences will be going away by 2030 anyway and so will the NCAA.

Yep ever since Obama put a law in place in 2012 I believe that changed how the media can present the news it’s been out of control. They’ve been given a free pass to lie and you can’t sue them over it.

Yeah, I was mistaken on that, as I said.
Although the NCAA threatened to do just that to Indiana because a player, Louis Moore, last year played under a preliminary injunction, and his team withdrew the suit in February because it was no longer needed. But that was a different situation since the original suit was vacated, and I don't think the NCAA is going to follow through on that.

Greg Sankey definitely is against this. If you want to believe that every SEC school is against LSU then you go right and think that. 10/16 SEC schools have been confirmed reaching out to the same or players in the similar position.

At first yes but not in the long run. By 2030, there will be no more NCAA, no more conferences etc. CFB unfortunately will be restructured more like the NFL and teams will be divided into divisions who aren’t necessarily geographically connected. It has to be restructured because technically CFB is now a professional sport so it has to be restructured as such to adhere to the by laws that were put in place for professional sports. If not, these lawsuits will keep happening because the current NCAA rules violate players rights on state and federal levels. That’s why the players keep winning in court vs the NCAA.

What lawsuits? LSU hasn't filed a single lawsuit against the SEC.
