One thing that Les said that got my attention. He said he is 'aware of the talk'

Or something along those lines (opinions, perimeter, etc.). When he was pressed to clarify what he was talking about, he said he'd 'address those at the appropriate time'. He was also noticeably late to the presser, and didn't seem to have a lot of preparation for the obvious questions he might get.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I wonder if there is already some chatter behind the scenes, and he realizes that he's kind of on his own at this point. I just can't imagine that he and Alleva are besties, either. Alleva's comments and Les' comments after the A&M debacle really don't jibe.
I get the impression that Les knows he's on the way out one way or another, and 'at the appropriate time' means after he is A) Fired or B) Forced to resign, and a settlement must still be reached, which could be next week or in November.
Maybe it's nothing, but Les often speaks in riddles, and this is the only little clue I was able to take from anything he said today.

He was referring to the "View", he was just confused.

He Said he knows whats being talked about "Outside The Building".

Heard the same thing. I remember when last year when asked, he acted like he didn't know. He's feeling the heat.

well. that is precisely why his job is in jeopardy, no?

He also said that they prepare each week for specific teams weaknesses....apparently Bama has a weak front 7 by that logic.

As usual.

So many jokes to be had here.

How can he not be? It's everywhere but I highly doubt it bothers him. He's heard all this before. He probably doesn't think he's in any danger.
The difference now is that fans are fed up. I mean they have had it.

Oh now he's feeling it? I bet he will change his ways now, huh? Good God, people. He's not changing anything. We will continue to plod along like this until he's gone. It's been a half decade since we seriously contended for the Western Division, let alone anything else.

Just wait until this team is 3-3 and watch lunch with Les on October 10th. If they don't get shite fixed in a hurry we lose to Auburn and Florida on the road. Those are two tough places to play. That basically puts us out of SECW contention and he get shite canned after the Florida game. The higher ups would want to hopefully salvage the season at that point for the seniors.

Pressure is building all around Les Miles. It wasn't like this in November. This time we are actually gonna get him out. I just hope we do it before too much damage is done.

3 losses won't happen under Miles. He will be gone after 2, I would be surprised if he makes it through the season with another loss.

At the end of the day all that matters is he has a bank account that we can only dream about. Les Miles has made well over 8 million dollars the last two years for putting a confused, boring, and unproductive product on the field. He's a snake oil salesman.

I wonder if he's aware Jimbo's first game freshman QB threw for 400+ yds...

My source said he heard that Miles' wife called 1-800 Book a Mover

Most HC pretty much insulate themselves from the media & fans, and CLM has said as much himself, numerous times. The only pressure that matters is from the administration & it is usually aware of all the outside shite. Just depends on how much rope JA gives him before anything real happens. I can guarantee one thing, when/if JA asks him that question about his promising to change, he won't get the same answer that he gave the press.

If you (miles) know that you need to have some fight in you hail marry type play calling stuff if you are going down and you think your method works & you still stick to it boom boom boom he is a bigger stubborn idiot than we thought nah he is an idiot
