First thing Loomis asks, what's his injury history? Chronic shoulder issues? Sounds like our guy!

Even in the opening Louisville he didn't look right to me. Of course he saved his best outing for LSU.

Without Lacy, OM offense is really 1 dimensional. Chambliss is great, but that's tough to overcome.

Yeah, JT Lindsey ain’t gonna cut it. I’m really glad he harbored that fugitive in his dorm room.

If he’s out for the UGA game, ole miss is losing big

UGA has played the weakest schedule in the SEC and barely with all the bad calls in the world going their way beat an average Bama team. UGA isn’t some unbeatable team. Will be a one score game with or without Lacy.

Watching that Texas game really was the first time for me that you really see the difference with OM not having Kiffin and Weiss. Muschamp stuffed JDB in a locker and controlled how that game flowed. Really curious if Texas put some tape out that Kirby can use in his quest to solve his Trinidad problem.

I haven’t seen OM look that helpless on offense since Trinidad became their guy. Some ppl were criticizing his performance, but my impression watching was Trinidad had nowhere to go. Hard to put that on the QB when no one is open and they’re stuffing the run.

Or maybe OM is just a much different team on the road this year. Last year they were good at UGA and then to win at OU the week after playing UGA was super impressive.

Florida murdered them when he was out. Texas took over because he got hurt. He’s a huge portion of their offense

One of his lowest YPC this season was against LSU. 9 attempts for 43 yards and 22 of those were on 1 play.

I think ole miss losing to Auburn this week could be a big deal for lsu at seasons end.
Ole Miss still has UGA next week too. Need ole Miss at 4 losses.

The sec should get 4 teams.
I think the last playoff spot goes to lsu/ ole miss. If lsu wins 2/3 and of course Arkansas, I see it something like:

Uga
Kentucky (if 2 losses or less) schedule is kinda mid so could see them only losing 1 more.
The team that beats lsu in the 1/3 and
LSU/ole miss

With us and those other 3 already having 2 loses we’d have the head to head with them.

Looking forward to the next few weeks.

He had shoulder issues last season. He elected to not have surgery and has gotten it beat up again.

The lesson here is that if you are planning to make it a career, you take the RS and get the surgery.

They spent over half a million on the Vegas Sphere add for their Heisman “candidates” and neither is living up to the hype.

OU actually moved the ball this past weekend against State. It their offense finds any kind of consistency, that will be a tough one for Ole Miss on the road. And if State does the smart thing and shuts Kamario down for the next few weeks he’d have a shot to be closer to himself by the time they play at OM. If Kamario and Bothwell are right, State could be a problem too.

Your scenario I think would require Tennessee or Texas being the 1/3 that we’d need to lose to. If we lose to bama and won the next 2, bama probably get in, and Texas would still have a strong case considering they’d have wins over Ohio state, ole Miss, @Tenn, and let’s say they lose a close and competitive game to us in tiger stadium.

On the flip side, if OM goes 9-3 but UGA bullies them, I could see us getting nod over them if our loss was a close one @Tennessee, with ole Miss having some uncompetitive losses with how Florida game already went. LSU may get more of a pass for losing at Ole Miss considering all the circumstances and us being considered a team that finished the year strong.
