The new president will take over in a few weeks and Landry will go back to the capital and none of this will even matter. Saban will be the new AD.

Dude, all these guys are not mad because Woodward is gone. They’re mad because a Republican Governor ran him off. Your post is 100% accurate. The fate of an AD is in the hands of his football and basketball coaches.

So many people over thinking and over reaching. ADs get fired all the time for stuff like this. Ask the Auburn AD if his seat is hot. Florida AD also.

Last week there threads all over this site wanting Woodward gone. Now because Landry did it, and you don’t like Landry, it’s an issue. He gave a guy 10 years 10 million. 53 million buyout. Kelly failed before year 4 was up. You seriously saying Woodward shouldn’t be held accountable? ADs and coaches get fired all the time. Welcome to the real world.
