Knew our O line couldn’t block for shite, went to drop 8 D the whole game and still physically dominated up front. Just EMBARRASED us. Forget everything else we gotta beat them because of that. Glad we have Kiffin on our sideline now.

I remember Nuss was underthrowing his WRs on any pass more than 10 yards as well

Punked? It was a five point loss with the Tigers operating with an ailing quarterback.

We took them to the final drive with Nuss and BK. We're stacked this year

Nuss lost us the game. It was on him. We could have one that game with Van buren

The last person you can blame is Nuss, he was gutting it out when he shouldn't have been playing. For his whole career until last year, Nuss had a problem over throwing receivers. As soon as I saw him underthrow receivers multiple times, it was very obvious that he was hurt and should have sat.

We all were driven nuts with our OL played last season.

That's why they were "dropping" 8 and why they were able to stop the run even though they were doing so. They had 8 in "coverage," but not really - they were still able to play the run. There was literally no threat of any pass beyond 10-12 yards. We couldn't even run the defenders out of the play and run behind them. It was so obvious Nuss was hurt and ineffective.

This was obvious against Louisiana Tech.

Rushing three and chased Nuss all over the field. That was embarrassing.

and still only lost by 5 correct? Didn't OM have to make a 4th down at the end of the game to make sure 2024 wasn't a last minute repeat again?

Maybe if he was just nicked up he would have been right on target.
