It should be a good game. We are LSU though and will win.

It will take our best game to beat them. Better than what we've seen from these Tigers so far, for sure.

Is this serious? We are a way better team than Mississippi State. It will take a B- game from us and an A+ from them.

When people say dumb shite like this, do they think that every team plays a perfect game every week and LSU doesn't? And when you say (better than what we've seen)...so we need to BE BETTER than giving up 170 on defense and averaging 475 on offense? Pathetic.

Some of you lead miserable and unhappy lives

I had this game circled as a legit potential loss from day one. Their QB is pretty damned strong and moo State is a tough place to visit.

La Tech made a ton of costly mistakes. Blocked punt for td, 87 yard fumble return for td, 87 yard fumble as well, 2 turnovers that gave Miss St ball in the redzone. I think this is one of the better Miss St teams we have seen, but we can keep those big boys on their d on the field quite a long time. I think we wear them down and we make Fitz have to play from behind, which will force some errors.

They looked absolutely beast against a pretty good La Tech team. Anyone thinking MSU is an easy win is in for a rude awakening.

Minus the fumble, they gave up over 400 yards and 239 rushing to freaking La Tech.

Our defense and RB's are too good so I expect a win.

Lmao and you pussies on here. The over/under on wins for Ms state is 5.5, and Lsu is a 13 point favorite on the road. Some of you are clueless.

Oh ok. The preseason over/under for MSU was only 5.5, that means they can't beat LSU. It's literally impossible. Am I doing this right? I think we'll win but people like you are the clueless ones

I learned this:
*LSU is very young
*They commit a shite ton of penalties
*Field goal attempts outside of 15 yards will most likely be no good
*Arden Key needs to suit up and play

Disagree. Tech had decent offensive production against them.

It's the same ole MSU we've been seeing for decades. They might can make a close game of it if they limit LSU's offensive production, but can't see them winning.

Not to tell you how to live your life but worrying about something that is out of your control is pointless. LSU just needs to continue to improve.

OFF will be balanced and I bet we get the TE's and RB's more involved in the passing game underneath.
DEF 'should' have all their personnel available - Key, Lawrence, etc. Their best FB is still ahead of them.

We win 27-13, GT!

Fitz last year vs LSU:

12-24 for 120 yards 0 tds 0 into
13 rushing attempts for 13 yards

We were not very effective on offense. 4.5 ypc.
