I just struggle to imagine that PM didn’t make some sort of promise to Cade about older Doughty’s place
We have 3 catchers in this signing class, plus Garza and Mathis coming back.
Doughty is gone and Mathis probably is too.

Doughty isn’t getting cut if Cade comes here. I’ll bet the house on that. Mom was quoted saying she wants to see Cade play with Braden. Cade also said this himself.

I have to agree. Braden won't play a ton but he'll be a backup somewhere.

I will refrain from my leaving prediction until the season ends. There may be a few surprises.

Maybe Mathis will get drafted by the Cubs.

IF Bianco .694

I'm not picking up what you're putting down.

Looking like a badass outfield with Cabrera, Gio, and Hampton!

Obviously he is saying a controversial player, maybe a stud is leaving

We never seem to want for outfielders

Looking at the log jam at C/1B, I suspect we’re going to lose someone we would rather not.

C Traviski didn't get drafted yet right? Really hoping we can keep Cairo and Doughty.
Posted on 6/4/19 at 3:59 pm to Terrific Tales
Agree, and Garza is the catcher. But that’s a lot of highly rated guys for two positions.
Posted on 6/4/19 at 3:59 pm to josh336
It took me far too long to figure that out.

I would love to see Willis be able to slide into 3rd to free up the DH spot.

If Willis gets comfortable at the plate, I think he's your 1B and Beloso is DH.
I've been high on Willis since high school. He wouldn't have made it to campus if not for the injury.
