LINKI believe. Pete Carrol respects him, players love him, coaches want to work for him... he seems to be a guy that demands that you give it your all. Heart and soul. That’s the kind of guy I would go to war for...

Well I did mention defense as well. If defense plays as expected and the offensive line plays well I doubt the team will be bad.

I would love for one colleague of O's to say he's a great tactician, that they believe in his ability to affect the game from a schematic standpoint.
I already know he's a hell of a guy. That doesn't win you games though.
