Spoke to E a few nights ago. Told him we missed him but he said he's enjoying himself now. Gets to watch his grandson play now. Really good dude.

FIFY. Ain’t no way he’s running that down here with the skill position players at his disposal.

Like he didn’t have a QB or healthy RB in Carolina? He didn’t forget how to design an offense or call plays and college isn’t the NFL. HS QBs know what he did with Burrow and know he has connections to one of the greatest offensive minds in the NFL. You yo yo’s who bash Brady are simply ignorant.

If him being fired in Carolina is why people are saying this shite, it’s fricking embarrassing. One, his qb situation this year was awful. Look what the legend Sean Peyton is doing with sucky qb’s.

Two, him performing poorly or not being ready are not reasons for why he was fired. Hell after last year talk had already started about him getting head coaching offers soon.

Also, Matt Rhule proved himself to be a total incompetent jackass with the Mac Jones stuff. These people hating on Joe Brady have no fricking clue what they are talking about.

BRADY had his chance. What has he done successfully as an OC? He was as lost in the NFL as Peetz was at LSU. Ensminger probably deserves 75% of the credit for the 2019 success

Peyton had Brees and Brady had Burrow. What legend you speak of?

Brady.

But the Brady to Miami stuff makes me think it's not happening.

I can't imagine they would even consider Kendal Briles in light of the Title IX/sexual assault mess that we just went through (and still waiting to be resolved).

Kendal was DNA-deep in the Baylor scandal. His recruiting brought some of those thugs and gang-rapists to the Waco campus. He defended his dad, even after Art was fired. He put the initials "AB" on his wristbands.

When Brenda Tracy came to lecture the Baylor athletes and deliver her "Raise the Expectation" presentation, Kendal angrily confronted her.

We could maybe use his football expertise. But LSU certainly doesn't need his baggage.

One day someone can explain to me how so many people were all about bringing Aranda back, while also having completely turned on Joe Brady.

No one is turning on Brady. They are just acknowledging the fact that Brady wasn't this boy genius that the media and Orgeron made in out to be. Brady was not the play caller was not that QB coach. Despite being given the Broyles award in 2019, he did not earn it. Steve Ensminger was the OC and that is a fact.

Aranda has done well and improved, on his own, outside of 2019’s shadow. That shadow swallowed Orgeron up and Brady’s next stop will provide clarity as to whether 2019 was the outlier or 2020-2021 in Charlotte.

You are an example of this board fueling its own news. A disgraced “insider” claims an OC is hired and you run over here to create a thread based off of it.

In name only. That one year with Brady, the offense was totally different from 2018 (with Burrow) and 2020, all with Emsminger.

The difference was night and day.

I guess all of the NFL teams called on Slinger first, were told no, and then they hired Brady hoping he would bring the Slinger offense?
